Project Well Done1. Liability & Property Access: While Apex takes precautions (including placement of wood boards), we are not liable for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, or landscaping caused by the weight of the truck or dumpster. The customer accepts all responsibility for providing a stable surface and clear access.
2. Equipment Responsibility: The renter is responsible for the equipment while it is in their possession. Any damage to the dumpster (fire, graffiti, heavy machinery impact) will be billed to the customer at the cost of repair or replacement.
3. Prohibited Items & Fines: Any prohibited items found in the dumpster (tires, batteries, hazardous liquids) will result in a minimum $150 surcharge per item plus disposal costs. Concrete or dirt found in standard bins will result in an automatic $500 overweight/handling fee.
4. Overfilling Policy: Debris must not exceed the top rim of the dumpster (“water level”). Drivers cannot legally haul unsafe loads. If a bin is overfilled, you will be charged a $150 “dry run” fee, and the bin will remain on-site until leveled.
